Hettich Multi Drawer Lock
Overview
The Hettich Multi Drawer Lock is a furniture hardware fitting designed to secure multiple drawers in a cabinet, pedestal, or storage unit using a single locking mechanism. It is sold by Hettich India through its online store under the Furniture Locks category.
What It Does
A multi-drawer lock uses a stop bracket mechanism to lock several drawers at once from a single locking point, rather than requiring individual locks per drawer. This is typically used in office pedestals, home storage units, and multi-drawer cabinets where centralized security is preferred over locking each drawer separately.
Who It Helps
- Furniture manufacturers and carpenters building multi-drawer cabinets, pedestals, or storage units
- Interior fit-out and modular furniture contractors sourcing locking hardware
- Homeowners or office managers upgrading or replacing drawer locks
